yeah. vertigo by U2's rather nice i guess. i jus realised something rather farnie. umm lyk da band the darkness has this song called "love is only a feeling", but they also have dis song called "i believe in a thing called love"??!??!? rather ROXYmoron i tink. haha whatever lah jake. hmmm yeah.

today woz spent doing... ... nothing. as usual. my life's getting rather boring i tink. haha. i woke up at 2, ate sultana biscuits which really rock, den forced myself to eat lunch at da same time while watching iron giant. haha. yeah. den went to play computer fer a while till i got really really sick of it, den went to my room. ate more sultana biscuits and trix and milo cereal while playing gameboy. got sick of it, den blasted da king of majesty album by united live supa loud, while playing along to it. its rather fun lah. playing wif different forms of distortion and tube overdrive, as well as vox wah etc. im hugging my pillow now. argh out of point jake!!! haha. yeah. den got really sick of everything, den lay down on da sofa in da family area and fell asleep. den i woke up, and managed to persuade 'driel to go running wif me. im getting rather fat you see. im serious. yeah. den went running, which felt really good cuz i havent moved faster than walking speed for quite some time. yeah. den went home, ate dinner. den i did something really really horrible. totally crazy which i shouldnt' have done. i sucuumbed to temptation and ate ICE CREAM!!!! i cant believe it man. i mean its not wrong to eat ice cream, and i eat it lyk supa often, but immediately after going running??!??!? im horrified at myself. it sounds rather girly and makes me looks lyk im really conscious of my appearance, but whatever. wad da heck lah jake. lame boi.

you know i was watching iron giant, and i realise something really important pertaining to our everyday life. its lyk da iron giant woz such a nice metal machine even though he was really big and scary, but after that he woz really nice. which brings out one point - you shouldn't judge people by their outward appearance and stuff, cause they actually really mean good. and its lyk its wrong to judge people by first impressions cause they din really get a chance to show their true self. which is wad happened to da poor metal guy. da government officials treated him as a danger to world security, and attempted to bring him down, which provoked him, and he turned dangerous, and transformed into a big big robot bristling wif guns. which brings out yet another point - people do retaliate when provoked. and its lyk da iron giant woz so so nice inside, but when people provoke him he turned berserk. which happens to me sometimes. im not saying im nice, but yeah. sometimes i really do blow up and stuff when people get me off, and i'd lyk to say dat im sorry to anyone who happened to face my fire before. which dusen happen often, im glad to say. actually i doubt if anyone reading this has faced it before. yeah. but im pretty irritable when i feel pissed sometimes lah. owellz. at least i admitted it. haha. but im really nice kay. im not mean lyk SOME people. haha. oh i jus realised im talking out of point again. haha. jake u are WIERD. haha.

today woz rather up and downy. downy cuz i screwed up in worship, and the band woz rather disorganised and da music woz rather empty. we were very inexperienced lah. i woz playing lead and dere wasn't anyone to support it, cuz for some farnie reason all of a sudden my team only has one guitarist. dunnoe why ben din ask josh to play. owellz. but its da heart dat matters, so i guess it okay lah. got to use my multi-effects, although din get to use much of it lah. owellz. den went out fer lunch wif josh hoe, bugs bernie, kor, jassy baby, johnee baby, d'artagnan, aramis. yupyupyup. at ponderosa in TM. ate till supa supa full. haha. its nice man. den jas and bern went home, da rest came over. played UT, slept and stuff. den sam, john and josh went home. 'driel went back fer dinner. i went out to skate fer a while. kor rotted at home. i fell while skating. some rock got in my wheels and i woz pushing off. and i woz on a slope. fell on the side of my left butt cheek. it hurts rather badly. kinda rolled down da slope fer a while. yeah. but its not so bad now lah. i managed to ollie at lest curb high while moving!!! im so happie lah. now i can ollie around lyk two boards height while stationary. so happy. haha. now 'driel and kor is in da room. dunnoe wad dey're doing lah. 'driel's staying over. yep.

came back from leadership training camp on friday. lost my voice, but quickly regained it back lah. woz rather fun and slack and not as tough as i tot it would be. thank God. woz rather cool i guess. we had water obstacles, lyk beam balances and ropes and monkeys bars and stuff over a SWAMP. so if u fall its rather sick. we all fell in!!! but its rather fun lah. yeah. den we had a swamp walk, which was more of walking in da mud. my socks changed from white to brown. so sick and icky. i got THREE leeches. so sick lah. den we climbed a mountain too!! its rather similar to trekking in new zealand, jus dat its a bit easier and not so cold. haha. rather fun lah. God rawks man.

'driel ate da most. haha. yeah. den woz supposed to go watch taxi or smth wif da others. left while going dere halfway. had to go home cuz mummy wanted me to. owellz. den went home alone, leaving me lotsa time to think about stuff. yeah. den went upstairs. played guitar. rather sian lah. i really thank God fer giving me all dis cool stuff lah. my acoustic wif supa nice sound, my prized fender, my supa cool korg multi-effects. God is good. den went skating outside fer a while. gonna have to return da board to my fren soon. hopefully i can get my own. owellz. i can ollie supa well now lah. den can olli while moving too!! *yaay* haha. but not very well lah. only occasionally. i keep landing and losing my balance. so yah. still not very good at it. haha.

okie dokies. since 'driel's putting up wad happened at da swimming fiasco, i tink i shall put my side of da story too!!! haha.

kay. woke up lyk really really late. den went to play com, till 'driel msged me to say everyone woz at his house oredi. so i took my stuff, took da board and skated the few METRES to his house. haha. im so extra ryte. lol. den we couldn't go into the pool cuz of HAHA. haha! lol. somemore jassy baby wear so revealing. good thing she decided to keep her shorts on! haha. yeah. den went into da pool, did da usual "i caught myself a leg" thing. haha. it woz so so hard to get 'driel's pants off cuz dey were so small and tight, and he kept wedgieing me while i tried to get them off. haha. we had lots of fun wif lilly aka free willy aka bridgette aka lots of other names. haha. we did matrix run, getting shot into da pool, plunges, stealing lilly from 'driel. haha. den came da dreadful part. so embrassing. jane grabbed my arms, jas pinned my legs, and 'driel jus pulled my pants off. it woz horrible lah. somemore my pants were BRIGHT ORANGE. den 'driel pulled them off, and ran away and hung them on a tree. all da while i woz being violated by jane as she kept grabbing my butt. dat cheeky gurl. haha. we went up fer a while cuz it woz raining, and watched shrek. haha. den it stopped raining, so we went out for a while again. got thrown in. owellz. woz rather fun lah. haha. den attempted to jump and spin around 720 into da pool. only made it a bit more den 540. owellz. haha. den we went up fer dinner. had auntie ivie's supa nice pineapple rice, as well as chilli fishballs, otah, etc. and we had some really nice drink lah. sprite+orange+tiger beer!!! haha. tasted lyk supa supa nice lah. lol. den had spongebob meeting and stuff. haha. den everyone left fer worship pract, leaving da musks. we went to church. rather fun lah. woz talking and stuff all the way. den we met J haha. supa farnie lah. he told adriel smth which is not good to say here. ask 'driel if u wanna find out yourself. haha. JYC's over. so sad. many things have happened during d camp, some good, some bad, some hilarious, some stressful, but d camp rocked. lyk totally.

DAY ONE
woke up lyk super early. went to church, prepared games stuff. it woz early, and we had no com, so we couldn't print maps and everything. thank God leon managed to print it in d end. den d whole games com squeezed into uncle peter's car. pet!!! your bro is lyk super cute lah! haha. yeah. den reached da campsite, had to prepare lotsa lotsa stuff before d campers arrived. rather stress. ice breakers woz also quite stressful cuz we weren't prepared for it, and we had to do lots of last minute stuff. yeah. den we had dinner, worship, etc. den night games came. 0130. super fun lah. me, nat, rupen, and lotsa other people stormed into the dorms and started screaming and shaking them and everything. so fun can? haha. den had night games in sembawang park, did many screams and everything. heard we chased 3 couples away. haha!! den went back to campsite. camp comm had a surprise fer d campers. super freaky lah. jas n rupen dressed as ghosts. i woz totally freaked. den when everyone else went down, i heard raj say smth about taking jas to another level and freaking d campers again. so i woz alone upstairs wif 'veen, den i called to him. all of a sudden he appeared, laughing super evilly, den he woz wearing a black shirt so i couldn't really see him well, and all i saw were his teeth. [no offense kay.] i got so freaked i ran downstairs. den i knew it woz him, so i went upstairs again to tell him wad raj said. as i rounded the corner i suddenly bumped into him again, den i really freaked out lah. i screamed and ran all d way downstairs to the canteen. *shivers* den d grand finale woz crazy lah. rupen dressed all in white, went down to the canteen where everyone woz. we offed the lights, den everyone screamed when dey saw him. super funny lah. den had comm debrief, went to bathe, by the time we slept woz lyk almost 5? yeah.

DAY TWO
amazing race. woke up super super tired and aching. yeah. flagged d campers off, den leon, bern, abby and i went off in JAMES car. dropped me and bern off at jas's stationg first. from dere we lyk went around to all d stations. so tired lah. walked so much and stuff. when we went kranji, pet's and corrine's station, all d cheekopeh old men were looking lah. haha. shall not go into details. den we waited at the station for over ONE HOUR just for uncle steven's group to come. u'll never imagine how boring it is lah. owellz. den went sun plaza for a while to shop for stuff. met up wif a few other comm members and lyk went back together. yeah. den had worship, lesson etc. had to bathe in da super cold water in d dead of d night. sighs. but woz fun nonetheless. haha.

DAY THREE
woke up early once more. missed PT cuz had to go pract fer worship. had a great worship, and workshop woz quite cool. den had to go prepare for station games during siesta. my station rocks man. haha. we were doing d obstacle course, and i woz lyk manning d FIRE hose. so fun. sprayed everyone. den kinda got jacked cuz everyone stormed me wif flour n stuff. haha. d campers were required to lyk crawl on their bellies under some very low benches, and on d floor where dey were supposed to crawl were lyk rice, orange skins hanging down, OVER-RIPE bananas, and to make things worse, there were ANTS on the bananas lah. super sick. dey also had to belly crawl on table which we squirted HOT HOT HOT toothpaste on, and lyk they had to put their whole face into a plate of flour to get a sweet. and since their faces were wet, their whole faces were lyk white lah. super funny. den we mixed starch and flour and water to get dis WHITE mixture, and poured over everyone! haha so fun mannz. den we had d water bomb game. commm had lyk so many bombs lah. so fun. whacked everyone. den we had d rugby game. leon, david, raj, sam and i were d runners. we rock man! one of us would take d ball, and since the campers were supposed to get the ball, they would try to tackle us as we sprint round d whole field. woz so fun man. cuz lyk you're running so fast, den lyk dey would try to tackle u n stuff. woz so cool. side-stepped so many people. dey would lyk run at u, den suddenly u turn and dey are left stumbling. haha. so cool. den sam got a mighty tackle and we lost. haha. but woz super fun nonetheless. den we had COP. woz d rawkingest worship i have ever played for. d songs were really very meaningful, and lyk i really had a great time in d presence of God. haha. one way woz crazy. sam and i had a fender party!!! we took our fenders, slung them way down low, whacked distortion really high, turned our volumes lyk super loud and everything. den lyk i put my guitar super close to the amp, den did d feedbacking effect. so cool!!! haha. we wanted to jam after that, but judy stopped us. owellz. den stayed up super late at night, talking and stuff. yeah.

the last day of camp. woke up lyk super late lah. den had to go and pack stuff etc. quite tiring. den went back in d bus. it woz lyk sooo noisy and vibrating lah. den packed up stuff in church, and got a surprise in ROL. cuz d kindergarten ppl used d place fer their rehearsals fer d concert, and they used double-sided tape, the tape got stuck to the walls lah. so now the walls look really horrible. but at least they are lyk gonna paint it over, so i guess its okay lah. yeah. den zhao ming, daniel, jas, sam, david, raj and i played "ole" soccer in d fellowship deck. super fun can??!? dribbling everywhere, den doing step overs and turns. haha. den went to pastamania at TM wif benie and ivan and d whole com. coudln't finish my food. haha. went to play arcade. so fun lah. played time crisis lyk crazy, d tank game and daytona. raj cheated in daytona lah. he banged me out. so not fair lah. so pissed. haha. den i had a slow start too. if not i would have won lah. haha. den sophie, 'driel, pet, abby and me went to jas's house. played d playstation fer a while den fell asleep. did some funny stuff wif jas's laptop which only d comm can know. haha!! den went home.

JYC's coming up guys!!! 5 more days!!! haha. so looking forward to it man. cant wait. its just gonna be oh-so cool. yeah. went shopping for food and games stuff today. bot so much stuff man. n it din cost as much as we tot it would be!! haha. God is good. went to sam's house after church yesterday. woz a long time since we had a cheamn camp mannz. totally rawked. haha. jammed on sam's never-take-out-in-one-month electric, which has super rusty strings. haha. yeah. learnt a new lick from malaguenas from sam too. so cool man. soon i'll master d whole of malaguenas!! haha. classical guitar is so not my forte lahx. lol. we watched some really crazy simpsons lah. super farnie. hairy marge simpson, bart simpson wif a super long neck. haha. den we played UT. crazy man. 60 godlike-bots in a map meant for 2-3 players. crazy. cant even survive fer 15secs b4 u get killed. haha. so fun. den we watched love actually. 'driel went crazy over olivia olsen. i'll admit she has a good voice, but she's fat and short!! haha. sorry 'driel. but i cant believe keira knightley is only 17 plus lah. haha. woteva lah jake.
